specialist security analyst about the tragic attack in Nottingham U.K. today.

A  violent rampage through a city centre prompted fears of a terror attack after three people were killed.

The first two victims were found dead in a street in Nottingham shortly after 4am before officers were called to another incident in a nearby road where a van driver had tried to run over three people.
